Birth Education
The Birth Education Class provides expecting parents or birth workers comprehensive education surrounding the birthing process. Our class covers birthing physiology and how to optimize the hormones that play a role in the process. We also discuss the stages of the birthing process, how babies get out, and different coping methods. The class is designed to help prepare parents for the amazing experience of giving birth and anyone else on your support team is also welcome to take this class.
